How long does shipping take?
All products are printed on demand specifically for your order. Production takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping times after production:
Australia: 5-10 business days
USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
UK & Europe: 7-14 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 32+ countries worldwide. International orders are fulfilled through our global print
network to ensure fast, local delivery wherever you are.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use this number at the carrier's
website to track your package.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at support@stormatactical.shop
with your order number. We will investigate and resolve within 48 hours.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping options are available at checkout for select countries. Cost is calculated based on your
location.

What sizes do you offer?
All apparel is available in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Size guides are available on each product page.
Our tees and hoodies are true to size — if in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
How do your products fit?
Our T-shirts are unisex regular fit — true to size. Our hoodies are unisex relaxed fit — also true to size.
For an oversized look, size up one size.
What are your products made from?
Our T-shirts are premium 180gsm cotton. Our hoodies are 380gsm heavyweight cotton blend. All
products are selected for print quality and durability.
Are your products printed on demand?
Yes. Every item is made specifically for you when you order. This means no waste, no overstock, and a
fresh quality item every time. Production begins within 24 hours of your order.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Because we print on demand, items are never permanently out of stock. If a size shows as unavailable,
check back within 48 hours or contact us and we will advise.

How do I pay with Bitcoin or crypto?
At checkout, select the crypto payment option. You will be directed to our secure Coinbase Commerce payment gateway. Enter the amount in your chosen cryptocurrency and send from your wallet. Payment is confirmed on the blockchain and your order processes immediately.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed through Shopify Payments — PCI DSS compliant. Crypto payments are processed through Coinbase Commerce — industry standard security. We never store your payment details.
Do you accept XRP specifically?
Yes. XRP is one of our preferred payment methods. We believe in the future of digital assets and want our community to be able to spend their XRP freely.

Can I exchange my size?
Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Contact support@stormatactical.shop to initiate an exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge immediately.

What is StormTactical?
StormTactical.shop is a global tactical apparel and EDC gear brand built for truth-seekers, patriots, and digital soldiers. We create bold, original designs that represent what we believe — and ship them to like-minded people in 32+ countries.
Who is behind StormTactical?
StormTactical is an independently owned Australian Digital Soldier (since 2012) brand operating globally. We are not backed by corporations, advertisers or anyone with an agenda. We answer only to our community.
What does WWG1WGA mean?
WWG1WGA stands for Where We Go One, We Go All. It represents the belief that the fight for truth is a collective one — no individual fights alone, and the strength of the community is in its unity.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every StormTactical design is 100% original. Our Storm Skull, wireframe military series and XRP collection are all created exclusively for this brand. We own all our intellectual property.
