OVERVIEW
At StormTactical.shop, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All items are printed on demand — made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we have a clear and
fair policy that protects both you and the integrity of our products.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:
— Is faulty or defective
— Does not match its description
— Does not do what it is supposed to do
These rights apply regardless of our store policy and cannot be excluded.
WHAT WE ACCEPT FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, with a print defect, or is materially different from what was described, we will replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve it within 48 hours.
Size Exchanges:
We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
— Unworn and unwashed
— In original condition with no visible wear
— In original packaging if possible
Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item was faulty.
WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN
Because our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns
for:
— Change of mind
— Ordering the wrong size (please refer to our size guide before ordering — size exchanges are not available
— Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Subject line: RETURN/EXCHANGE — [Your Order Number]
Include: Your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming the
fault. Refunds are returned to the original payment method — including crypto payments where
technically possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are subject to the same policy. Return postage for international exchanges is at
the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.
